Online Youth Risk Behavior Survey 101 The Online Youth Risk Behavior Survey (OYRBS) is a web-based survey tool that can be used to collect local youth risk behavior data (e.g., alcohol use, physical activity levels). The OYRBS will allow a school district to create and manage surveys to collect youth risk behavior data and develop reports using that data.
