Procedural Compliance Self-Assessment Indicators 11, 13, and 15: Section 6 – Validation and Verification Activities The Department of Public Instruction (DPI) has developed a special education procedural compliance self assessment for local educational agencies (LEAs). Annually, one fifth of the LEAs in Wisconsin are required to participate.
