Looking at Special Needs through Different Eyes... Schools often are apprehensive about their role in accommodating children with special dietary needs. This presentation offers USDA's regulatory guidance on the subject, discusses several dietary modifications that schools may be asked to provide and gives insight on the importance of creating a positive school meals experience for all children.
