Procedural Compliance Self-Assessment Indicators 11, 13, and 15: Section 3 – Conducting the Self-Assessment: Evaluating Compliance The Department of Public Instruction (DPI) has developed a special education procedural compliance self assessment for local educational agencies (LEAs). Annually, one fifth of the LEAs in Wisconsin are required to participate. This presentation discusses the standards and directions for evaluating compliance.
