Special Education Fiscal Overview Session 2 This is the second of three presentations designed to help district personnel with coding of Special Education accounts. Session 2 will assist school districts with the proper accounting for various special education delivery models including district-operated programs, tuition agreements, 66.03 agreements, and CESA package programs. This session will identify the relationship between funding source, account coding and categorical aid eligibility as well as provide sample transactions and other coding resources.
